"Dogs are definitely welcome but be weary of people who have dogs they can’t control. In my neighborhood specifically there have been many dog attacks because people just simply have dogs they can’t control so they keep them locked away until they get out and hurt someone."

  • Marty G.
"A lot of our neighbors have dogs including my family. As long as neighbors pick up after their dogs droppings, everything is good. There have been some neighbors who object to dogs barking, and are not really pet friendly."

"My neighborhood is too far from the beach. That’s the only downside. The environment is safe, the schools are good and the people are friendly. Wesley Chapel, at least where I am, is very close to 275 and 75. This allows me to get around Tampa quicker than the average citizen. So the commute is not a complaint that I have. "
