"I have lived in this area for the past seven years and there admittedly have been times where it started to get worse during the recession, but with high level of community involvement and the support from the city this area is continually improving. It's close to to UNL campuses, decent schools and has great public transportation. There is a generally friendly demeanor from those that live in the area and I think the area is getting better all the time."
