Plenty of children in the neighborhood to play with in a safe area with lots of play areas. Pool, tennis court and plenty of park like areas. Easy commute, close to highway while still being in a nice neighborhood. Close to shopping and the Premium Outlets. Home was renovated in 2011, practically back to the studs and updated just about everything! New carpet upstairs, hardwood floor on main level, tile in all the bathrooms and entry. New appliances, hardware, fixtures, railing etc!"
