Our condo is located in the heart of the wonderful historic West End of Portland on Spring Street. The building is duplex style and has 4 condos on each side. AirBnB is not allowed in our building so there is no nightly or weekly turnover. Residents are quiet and respectful of neighbors. It is a wonderful place to live. The building has just had extensive work done. The entire building was just painted and has new stairs, new railings, decking, new doors. Pride of ownership is evident.

We are seeking clean, respectful, and kind people to enjoy it while respecting the space. The condo is on the first floor and is sun drenched all day as the building faces directly south with no tree or building interference, which is very rare in the area. It is about 550 sq.ft., has one bedroom, one bathroom and was recently renovated and furnished with a high end, modern aesthetic. The condo comes furnished and pets are welcome on a case by case basis, as long as they are clean, friendly, well-trained and well loved, as every animal should be. Within walking distance you will find cafes, restaurants, bakeries, pubs, hospitals, downtown, the Old Port, and all that Portland has to offer. Within a short 10-20 minute drive you will find beautiful hiking trails and world class state parks and beaches.

"I don’t participate in neighborhood events very often. I usually don’t know when they are happening until they are already taking place. I see a lot of protests, marches, and parades from my kitchen window. There is also the monthly art walk which is a fun event to bring guests to and shop for holiday gifts. "

"I commute to Freeport so I have to get on to 295. There are multiple ways I can go, each with pros and cons. There is a lot of traffic in the morning but it’s much worse in the evening. It takes me twice as long to get home as it does to get to work. "

"There is a lack of space for the dogs in the small apartments in this area. Also there are always a few bums hanging around outside that might bother people when they walk their dogs. There also aren’t many parks around. A positive note is that there are lots of great pet stores in the area, each with a friendly and helpful staff. There are lots of things to see and do including dog friendly breweries if you’re up for an adventure."
