Two major grocery stores are within ½ mile, and the San Tan Village Mall and Harkins theaters are only 7.58 miles away. The golf course, country club (which features a water park, tennis courts, upscale restaurant, ballroom, and fitness center), as well as numerous playgrounds/parks are just a block or two away. Riggs Elementary school is right around the corner. The neighborhood landscaping is very well maintained, the community is very clean, and well lit jogging paths surround the area."
