    "lived in that neighborhood for over 7yrs, right on the border of Easton and Willson. never had any issues, Never witness any problems, drug activities or gangs groups, the street was always super quiet although there were people always walking down the street. close to public transportation and plenty of local shops. "

    "It’s beautiful and seems like a safe place to raise kids, plus the layout of College Hill is pretty simplistic/grid-like so it’s not like a 9 year old on a bike without a cell phone could get lost for too long. It has a homey feel to it and is lovely in the spring and fall in particular. The people on there porches are nice when you go on a walk. There are nice dogs in the neighborhood."
