"This neighborhood is on a quiet cul-de-sac, yet less than 1/2 mile to Route 4., and a mile and a half to UNH (an easy bike ride). The quiet neighborhood has no through traffic, and is near the bus system. It is 10 minutes to both Dover and Portsmouth, and close to UNH, with all of its cultural offerings.
