With 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, 2 cars garage / 6 cars driveway, you'll have enough space for everyone, and no one will have to fight over who gets which room or about who's taking too long in the bathroom. All of the bedrooms are incredibly spacious and furnished with luxurious beds and linens. And the bathrooms are equally inviting, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The master bedroom includes a sitting area, 2 huge closets, and a lavish ensuite bath with a soaking tub and separate standing shower.

As if all of that weren't enough, the backyard helps elevate this already near-perfect home. There is plenty of space for the kids to run around on. The huge, glittering pool is fenced off from the large patio area and completely private from the neighbors. Just the cherry on top of the perfect backyard to unwind and relax in.

In terms of sleeping arrangement, our rooms layout is as follows:

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

* Owner pays for all utilities (up to $200 for electricity, $100 for water and gas) including internet.
* Parking available at the garage, driveway, or street.
* Listed monthly rate is applicable for a minimum of 6 months term. Rate may change for any lease term under 6 months.
* Smoking inside the house is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
* No parties or events allowed.
* Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied.
* Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws. Rest assured - no cameras in any inside private areas - we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
