"Velox Street has declined greatly over the past five years. If you purchase a home on this street, do not expect it to appreciate in value as it is not a desirable street to live on. Parents do not discipline their children, who run the neighborhood out of control. Dogs bark for hours on end and much trash blows around."

"I commute to the east side . So it’s very easy to get on 104 to 590 then 490E. I think it would be harder to get further west because of the heavy traffic on w.ridge and lake ave "
