Description

Folks, if you are looking for a quality, turn-key property for your family, this is a must see…LOCATION, SHOPPING, and newly updated AMENITIES. This extraordinary value will not be on the market long. Plus, my favorite, a large fenced in yard perfect for gardens, a pool, pets, etc., and accented by a 200 sf deck that opens with sliding glass doors into a bright and large family room. The location has easy access to quality shopping, schools, entertainment and major thoroughfares. Most of the house systems and appliances are new or recently installed (see House Description Document). The kitchen is smartly designed for storage space and work areas. Cleaning is made simple with the granite and tile surfaces. Walk-in closets are in all bedrooms and organized with many shelves and racks. The house has two large master bedrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor.

"None that I know off. You have to go to Old Town which is 1-1/2 to 2 miles away for community events (and for a weekly Saturday Farmer’s Market asked about in earlier question)."

  • Trulia User
"Although there are nice parks where I live, most of the family friendly neighborhoods reside in an enclosed neighborhood called Cameron Station. There is a beautiful library and it's close to Van Dorn Metro. There is a lot of traffic and some have pockets that are unsafe. The area is not pedestrian friendly. Lots of dog parks. Not stroller friendly. Eisenhower seems to have the least amount of crime but it is a busy street during the day. LA Mart is a great source for Asian groceries. The area has almost everything you need in a short distance. Schools aren't rated the best."

"Lots of open grass areas within walking distance and all well lit and frequented by many locals makes it a safe and convenient neighborhood for dog owners. Most properties including townhomes in this area also include fenced-in backyards which provide relief during the day or while away; most townhome communities also have common grassy areas for homeowners to use."
