There is a mandatory criminal background that is required by property management which cost $40 per person.

CALENDAR: Our calendar is open for 5 weeks but will allow longer stays!

PETS: We allow up to 2 small dogs. $150 refundable pet fee per dog and $40/month pet rent.

PARKING: Street parking is available in front of the home.

GUESTS: Only guests on the confirmed reservation is allowed to occupy the property. Any guest over 2 requires approval from manager and there will be an extra $100 fee/month. Maximum allowed guest is 2

PARTY/EVENT: We have a zero tolerance to any party/events.

PROTECTION: We have a camera above the front door in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately.

REFUNDS: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things beyond our control.

STARTER KIT: We provide start up supplies like paper towels and toilet paper. You may need to purchase more if you're booking an extended stay.

CLEANING: Our home is disinfected, sanitized, and cleaned to the highest standard after each checkout.
