8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHaving now experienced the difference between Coronado and another school (the school my child now attends in Hobbs), I can say with ZERO doubt, Coronado is 100% better. My son is on an IEP which as been completely ignored. The only IEP they're even looked at is from last school year (he was Hola)... therefore it's done no good what-so-ever... He didn't ATTEND SCHOOL. I have of course requested an IEP meeting which has now been scheduled. I have also requested that previous educators and administration who actually KNEW my son and what worked best for his needs to be present in the upcoming IEP meeting and I have been shut down. I am making no progress. And my son (behavior, attitude AND grades) are the proof in the pudding (so to speak). I'm sickened by the lack of communication and non-caring individuals at this current school.Did I mention I found out AFTER THE FACT that my 3/4's of my son's class, along with his teacher were quarantined due to being exposed to COVID. I wasn't even TOLD he was moved to another classroom, nor that he had been exposed. "Dog owners would like the fact that we have sidewalks on every street here. People seem to be very friendly on my street in Hobbs. Number one thing that’s great here in Hobbs is that every home in this neighborhood has cinder block fences. So other dogs are put away and won’t be running the streets when you are walking your own dog down the sidewalks. "

"Nothing can’t be outside after dark to many drive bys not a good area people steal from your cars yard break In throw rocks throw bottles poison animals and plus neighbors keep yards so dirty junk yards old cars don’t run keep on lawn in kept yards not a good neighborhood at all"

"In my neighborhood people have no concern for anyone else but themselves. Landlord does not care about tenants. Maintenance inn my housing community outs great though when they can actually do their job. "
