Coronado Elementary School

We absolutely love Broadmoor! Our son has thrived all three years thus far and has consistently tested in the 99th percentile for the state and 93rd-94th in the nation. The whole school is very structured but the kids have fun.

My child has gone to Mills for first and second grade, we recently moved and was denied for out of district to return. I was informed that the principal sometimes made this decision. I feel she only made this decision due to the fact she found out that he was taking medication for adhd. I love the school and the staff but feel the principal is old and stuck in her ways and should realize that all kids are different. My child's teachers were awesome and helped me to help him. I think the principal now should retire and get someone younger in there that will treat each child fairly regardless of what they are diagnosed with.

I went to school the third grade I recently moved to Omaha I mean from Omaha to Hobbs New Mexico it was all new to me and I had no friends I went to that school and there's no one I had to talk to you or hang out with I would sit on the playground and cry all the time the principles were horrible and I had trouble with making friends and I already had some separation anxiety has my mom and also had social anxiety I recommend doing AutoZone my teacher was horrible and I felt like I did not belong I'm now in Middle School the still hurts me everyday but now I feel like I can learn from experience but Iceland up the school I would recommend not going here parents please don't send your kids here do do out of zone I would recommend Stone Coronado college Lane all Great schools except Taylor elementary

We transferred from out of state and had low expectations due to the very high quality education we had previously experienced and reviews of Hobb's schools. Stone has been excellent both academically and socially. The teachers are great and the principal is amazing. Test scores are high because the students are encouraged to learn and grow. Stone has a unique art program that is sponsored by the parent teacher association- PIE. The parents and teachers are so involved in the school and it is a very welcoming environment. My kids really love going here and have learned a lot. I definitely recommend Stone over all other K-5's in Hobbs or surrounding areas. You will be pleasantly shocked at its wonderfulness!
