"I live in this subdivision. Contrary to prior posts the HOA is 160 p/m which includes social and fitness to Mision Hills G&CC. A very tidy, quiet low crime area with weekly street cleaning and where owners take pride in their landscapes. Close to PS and shopping at El Paseo. Very centrally located in the valley."
