The property opens up to an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room as you walk in. A dining area is available for a quiet morning breakfast that was prepared in a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a 55' TV available for you to use, and the couch is actually a pull-out full bed incase you have a 3rd person in your party. The bedroom features a queen bed with an additional AC unit and fan for your comfort and transitions into the bathroom that has a tub/shower combo.
Basic beach equipment is provided in the closet in the bedroom.
The unit is month-to-month rental. The rental rate includes all utilities, furnishings, lawn care, trash care, parking, wifi, and laundry facilities.

Short term stays - $39 damage waiver fee
Long term stays - $79 damage waiver fee
Pet Cleaning Fee - $100
Pet Fee (Monthly) - $50

"The area appears to be kid friendly. Children play outside and parks and schools are close by. I have lived here for 8 months and look forward to spending a few years in this community. I enjoy having a beach near by that is well maintained. Plenty of conveniences near by. Don’t have to venture far for groceries. "

"Very friendly and a lot people riding bikes including adults and children. There is cops that stay in the area. There was only one time where we had to leave our home in buckroe area do to us staying in zone A because of the recent storm/ Hurricane in September 2018."

"There is a lot of crime and not very clean or friendly. I Do not recommend for families. Nice and safer on the foxhill side. Anything on buckroe side seems more dangerous and low income "
