Located on the grounds of historic St. Mary's Church and adjacent to the acclaimed Pratt Institute campus, the newly completed 17-story Parish House epitomizes modern residential design in the heart of trend-setting Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.

Each of the 138 one- and two-bedroom floor plans, cleverly conceived by award-winning NYC-based DXA Studios to maximize each resident's living experience, boasts oversized floor to ceiling glass to allow natural light to stream in from sunup to sundown. The sense of expansiveness in each of these homes is enhanced by private outdoor balconies with sweeping views of Downtown Brooklyn, the Brooklyn and Williamsburg Bridges, Manhattan's awe-inspiring skyline, or the charm of tree-lined streets and the picture-perfect Gothic Revival steeple of the church below.

Let your personal style come to life with materials that are both warm in tone yet embody modern interior design principles for a neutrality that serves as a true canvas for each resident. Top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and fixtures from Blomberg, Haier, Fisher & Paykel and Grohe, as well as materials ranging from white quartz countertops and oak cabinetry to porcelain tiled backsplashes are among the many designer-quality features offered.

Parish House boasts an impressive 20,000 SF of amenity space, including a attended lobby and co-working lounge, a state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga/movement studio, outdoor gaming terrace, private park, and an exclusive 17th Floor Sunset Lounge with a sprawling landscaped Skydeck perfect for sunbathing or a BBQ, overlooking NYC skyline views that stretch from downtown Brooklyn, through to Manhattan and North to the Williamsburg Bridge as a backdrop.

Brooklyn's Clinton Hill is one of the city's most talked about neighborhoods, offering everything from Michelin-star dining to trendy boutiques to a nightlife and music scene that never sleeps. Known by Brooklynites as one of NYC's most charming and historic neighborhood gems, Clinton Hill offers quiet, bucolic streets lined with towering trees, historic brownstones and picturesque wooden row homes.
