House was renovated in 2023 and has a heated pool at deck level just a few steps out the backdoor. Interior has a massive open floor plan with the living, dining and kitchen all sharing one room. The kitchen has two refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There are 2 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds plus a bunk room with 4 beds (twin bed with twin trundle and twin over double bunk bed). There is a separate laundry room and also a playroom. House is three steps up from the sidewalk.

Huge yard with deck of rear of house. Has concrete driveway at front of garage with basketball hoop. Yard is mostly fenced but also has electric pet fence.

Public schools are: Sullivan's Island Elementary, Moultrie Middle School and Wando High School

Secluded neighborhood with 15 MPH speed limit. Great spot for a family with children on IOP. The IOP Recreation Center is half a mile away going one way (thru quite streets) and the marina is half a mile away going the other way. Also, the front beach is just a short 5 minute walk away.
