"Growing too fast! Infrastructure and especially school system can’t keep up so quality of life has been dropping dramatically over the last 6-8 years."

"I work from home mostly. But when I do drive to work, Dublin has great access to I580 and I680. It would be great though if BART provided access to Silicon Valley. "

"I’ve been in the Dublin area over 14 years. It’s growing fast, demographics have definitely changed. The planning of the city at times is confusing and makes no sense. Theft is high like many suburb type cities. Otherwise it’s a nice and safe city. "

"West Dublin/Dublin Hills A less hectic and IMHO nicer part of Dublin. Older neighborhood with more established feel. Bigger properties, bigger lots. Generally quite but not exactly sleepy (Suburbs after all) See people of all likes running for exercise, walking dogs, kids skating, home owners gardening, etc A few restaurants and business are within 15-20 min walking but not grocery stores (Unless one counts 7-11 as such) Also both 580 and 680 are within easy reach as MANY other business by car in 5+ min. With all that convenience comes ..... TRAFFIC which is getting worse and worse."
