"I like my new neighbors next door. They are very friendly. We talk quite often and say hello every day. I have given their kids bikes, scooters, a swing and a DVD player. We are grateful for their kindness. "

"We have a large military family population in my neighborhood, so there's always new families moving in nearby. It's hard when you make friends and they move away, but it's nice making new friends, too."

"Very nice, friendly neighborhood. Most families own their home and they're well kept. Most are military affiliated. Less than a 5 minute drive from the base. Excellent school district (Derby USD260). Grade school close by, grades 6 and higher are bussed to school. Neighborhood is very quiet and you rarely see a police car. The neighborhood is within the boundaries of McConnell AFB so you might see AF security. No public transportation close by (within walking distance). Lots of shopping within 5 minute drive. There are a few small parks in the area including the grade school. If you're looking for nightlife you won't find it here. Old town about 12 minutes away has quite a few nightclubs and martini/wine bars. Crime rate is almost non-existent in this neighborhood. If there is, it's usually just teenagers and that's far a few between. Excellent community college within 20 minutes. Quite a few colleges close by as well as Universities. There's a lot to choose from if you want to go to school."
