"I have lived on Island for over 24 years. This area is a very pleasant, peaceful location.. This partiicular unit is exceptional in a very nice complex with amenities and a beach.. The unit has an enclosed porch which can be used as a 3rd bedroom, sitting area or office."

"i lived here 8 yrs...i love it.. we don't need u here any way we have enough cranky people in here(go to moss creek)..lol this is family friendly and maybe its the unit u checked out and if they haven't had anyone in it in awhile ur right its gonna smell..but i have been in many units over yrs and ..i don't know maybe it your damn nose...thank u for not becomin in my neighbor..and if u think its are retired community then u didn't look around either..eyes and nose must be going...low country is high humidity every where u go so musty goes hand and hand..maybe fla. is more ur speed..later"
