"Harbor Town at Sea Pines is beautiful, clean, friendly, and safe 365:days per year. It is its own little world and so much more pleasant, safe, and affordable that the self-destructing big cities. Don,t tell anybody though, this is our secret place and we do not want it ruined!"

"Life here is awesome! The weather is great. The food is incredible. The people here are friendly and getting around is super easy. All you need is a bicycle and a little spending money. It’s a pet friendly community. Just don’t walk your pet around the ponds at night. There are alligators. But that’s common sense. "
