Within half a mile from the beach, and a quiet fully fenced backyard featuring an outdoor dining area and fire pit, this home is a great stay for your family and friends looking to visit Hampton's most famous beach. This home has access to the interstate to get to any local hospital or industry within 15 minute drive on the peninsula, or within 45 minutes of Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, and Norfolk!

When you park in the driveway, please enter through the gate to the front door. Enter in your code you received at check-in and you'll open the door to a beautiful living room and shared dining area that has enough space for your whole group. The kitchen branches off from the dining area, and it is fully stocked with anything you could need during your stay. To the right, you'll find the two guest rooms, one with a queen bed, and one with 2 full bunk beds. The hall bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Through the kitchen, you'll find the laundry room with a desk if anyone needs to do some work during your stay. The primary bedroom suite features a large closet for storage, a queen bed, and a standing shower in a wonderfully renovated bathroom. Out the back door, you'll find a shared fire pit with the back house as well as a cornhole board area for your group to enjoy. On the front of the house is an outdoor dining space for your enjoyment.

House Rules:

1. No parties
2. Quiet Hours outside are between 10 pm - 6 am. Please respect our neighbors!
3. Max of 1 pet allowed
4. No smoking or vaping.
5. Please treat the home as if it were your own.

The 'Management Fee' listed in your booking was for a non-refundable damage waiver. It covers you for accidental damages up to $500. We ask that if anything does happen during your stay, please let us know immediately and send us a picture, so we can work on a remedy for the next guest. If something were to happen and the damages were to be over $500, you pay the difference over $400. Please keep in mind that this waiver does not apply to damages caused by animals, negligence, or results in excessive cleaning fees.

The unit is month-to-month rental. The rental rate includes all utilities, furnishings, lawn care, trash care, parking, wifi, and laundry facilities.
