Located within 3-4 minutes of ISU, access to the freeway, close to hospitals, the LDS temple,and Yellowstone Ave for shopping, eating out, entertainment, etc. Just a 35 minute drive to lava hot springs. Some pets allowed with owner approval and an added monthly pet fee prior to booking. 3 beds! (2 queens in each of the 2 bedrooms and 1 full futon couch/bed in the living area)

Halloween is my favorite we walk down the main streets in old town and trick or treat all the businesses! It’s really a nice place to live. "
