Welcome to our pet-friendly haven with our recent stylish remodel & fenced backyard! This lovely home offers a tranquil residential vibe alongside quick, easy access to the downtown areas & trails. Admire the crisp, contemporary decor of the open-plan living space & take in the peaceful surroundings. It's the perfect space to unwind & relax after a busy day whether it is work or play. Wake up to the fabulous coffee bar & prepare yourself for a day exploring Bozeman and all that it has to offer!

The Space
Kid friendly/enhancement are now present! Our child package is offered which includes; stroller, pack-n-play with table, dish ware and high chair. Hopefully it will ease your travel packing logistics!

Quiet neighborhood west of downtown (just a quick 10 min walk to get groceries at the new Whole Foods!), and yet just a few miles of your new favorite hiking trails!

Getting around
There are two parking spots in front of the garage as well as on street parking. There are many sidewalks for easy morning or evening strolls. Guests will not have access to the garage.

Please let us know if you will traveling with your dog/s. There is a limit to 2 dogs. The cost for your stay with up to two dogs is $100. Please pick up after your pet, otherwise you will be charged an additional $50. Guests will not have access to garage. There is no smoking allowed on the interior or the exterior of the property.

Video Cameras and Noise Monitoring

Video Surveillance cameras monitor (Ring) the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. Additionally, we have installed noise monitors (Minut) in the property to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. These monitors help us detect any excessive noise levels that may disturb the neighbors, (they do NOT record any conversations, just decibel levels). We want to ensure that everyone has a great experience during their stay with us and that everyone can enjoy a peaceful environment.

These devices are not located in any private spaces such as bathrooms or bedrooms and have been installed for the safety and security of our guests and the property as well as to minimize disturbances to neighbors.
