You'll enjoy hanging out in this space among the cozy furniture, beautiful decor, and gas fireplace. There's also a bonus living area on the second floor providing another great spot to kick back and relax. Plus, you'll even have an awesome cinema room with framed contemporary movie posters and comfy seating!

Right off the main living room, you can head on into the large, fully loaded kitchen where you'll find you have everything you need to cook and enjoy a delicious meal. It's equipped with stainless steel appliances and the gorgeous granite counters offer lots of space. Bask in all the natural light coming in through the large windows as you enjoy your meal in the breakfast area with great views of the backyard. Or you can have your meals in the lovely formal dining area around the large table.

You won't need to fight over the bedrooms we have 5 spacious rooms that are all equally amazing. There is lots of attention to detail put into these rooms with great furniture, lavish bedding, and stunning decor and accessories. You'll also have 2.5 bathrooms that are clean and nicely updated. Both full baths have double vanities and impressive walk-in showers, as well as a soaking tub in the master bathroom.

Last but not least, you'll definitely be spending a lot of time in your own private backyard paradise. The oversized covered patio has surround sound, two fans, and a dining set perfect for enjoying your meals outdoors. You'll also have lots of green space, as well as a relaxing hammock to nap or enjoy a good book in. Plus, the true gem of this backyard is the large pool. You'll love lounging poolside on the lounge chairs and taking a dip in this pool.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

* Owner pays for all utilities (up to $200 for electricity, $100 for water and gas) including internet.
* Parking available at the garage, driveway, or street.
* Listed monthly rate is applicable for a minimum of 6 months term. Rate may change for any lease term under 6 months.
* Smoking inside the house is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
* No parties or events allowed.
* Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied.
* Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws. Rest assured - no cameras in any inside private areas - we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
