**BRAND NEW Therapeutic Massage Hot Tub**

This quintessential year-round Maine cottage is surrounded by stunningly beautiful English gardens and stone patios, with the patios and most rooms in the house enjoying lovely ocean views of the Portland shipping channel and the islands of Casco Bay. Two KING bedrooms with fantastic mattresses and a 3rd bedroom with a twin bed. We can create a home office in that bedroom for you.

VERY fun kids toys available upon request (kids table and chairs, kids' grocery store, kids wooden toy kitchen with pots and pans and huge set of kids dishes, glasses and silverware, pretend food and a kids grill with utensils and pretend food). Toys can be placed in the spacious kitchen, the front door entryway (since everyone uses the side entrance) and/or the bedrooms.

This home is located in the very popular Willard Beach area of South Portland, and is also situated just 3 blocks from beautiful Cape Elizabeth, with easy access to even more beaches and coastal scenery.

The friendliness and walkability of our neighborhood and the easy access to dog-friendly Willard Beach (100 yards and 2 minute walk from the house) has made this destination the most popular vacation destination in the entire Greater Portland area, as well as the "hottest" neighborhood to reside in. Within a short walking distance of our cottage, you will find Willard Square, home to Scratch Bakery, featured in the New York Times, Bon Appetit, and the Food Network and ranked in the "Top 10 Bread Bakeries in the United States". Across the street from Scratch Baking is Willard Scoops Ice Cream Shoppe (but ice cream around) and Flip Creperie. Local residents and my guests make daily visits to Scratch for their famous handmade sourdough bagels and delectable breakfast pastries, coffee bar, their huge array of desserts (all cakes and pastries sold by the piece), award-winning breads, sandwiches, salads, soups, pizza, wines and so much more.

Also within a short walking distance from the cottage are several other ice cream shops, another fantastic bakery, and some very good restaurants, including the locally-owned but nationally recognized Otto's Pizza, also featured on the Food Network and the winner of the national "Best Pizza out of the Box" award.

Please contact me for additional details on this delightful home or to schedule a private showing, as the home is better in person.

"I live on a busy street with lots of nighttime foot traffic. Even still, I feel more safe here than I did in several cities I've lived in previously! I have street parking and have never once seen anyone so much as peer in my windows, even in the middle of the night. I used to watch this very carefully to get an idea for if it was safe enough to leave stuff in my car...and I've not had to monitor it at all anymore! I've never had packages stolen, my neighbors have let me use their driveways during parking bans, and we all keep an eye out for each other (even though we don't know one another too well). This neighborhood has treated me very well."

Walking distance to a great family beach and with an extensive walking/biking path. Movies at big light in the summers and evening live music in the park. A great community center with a pool and a great pre-k program and affordable and fun summer camps."
