The unit has a private yard, outdoor shower, and deck private with gas grill and
outdoor refrigerator. There are your own full-sized washer and dryer. Property is fully landscaped with sprinkler system and low voltage night lighting.

Unit has 500 HD channel and a 1G WIFI service.

Unit comes with beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, beach towels and 4 beach badges. Unit also has an ice machine.

Only item shared with other unit is the entrance to the basement. We painstakingly designed the units to be separated.
