"It’s a very dog friendly area but sometimes people will take a walk in the neighborhood without a leash. This can cause problems with dogs who may be on a leash."

"Not a lot of kids in the neighborhood but college students and med professionals. Very quiet in the day time because neighbors are working. It is safe to walk around and many with dogs. There is a supermarket in the neighborhood so you don’t have to go far to get food and also a good restaurant just around the corner. "

"It’s a very safe neighborhood to raise children in! The neighborhood is beautiful and there’s multiple families living here safely. If I had a family I personally wouldn’t want to live anywhere in between A through E street on first avenue. It’s just a bunch of party kids that are in college. Everywhere else is a family friendly community. "

"I gave up on driving my car because it’s more of a hassle to find parking than it is to walk. I live on 1st Avenue and A street. There is no room for tenants park their cars even on the streets. I’m constantly getting tickets because my house is in the area 5 parking. "
