We can get to downtown or the stockyards within minutes & have easy access to major highways both north/south and east/west but not so close that we hear road noise from them. We have easy walking distance to the Trinity Trails & various parks. We have wonderful neighbors and we love seeing our little street lit up for the holidays & feel it is a reflection of pride of ownership. For the most part, homes are very well cared for. Even the few rentals on the street are well kept & are never available for long if a renter moves out. We plan to live here for many years to come!"
