    "Great area for schools, recreation, and within driving distance of mall. Abundance of Asian markets, but very long way to go to big supermarket if on foot. Difficult to access via public transport."

    "South San Francisco is approximately 10 to 15 mins away from San Francisco, 25 mins from Fremont/Hayward..basically it's half way to many SF bay are cities. It's close to major freeways (both 101 & 280). Two elementary schools are ranking 9 with >885 API score. Close enough to the city but far enough to enjoy affordable single homes, clean neighborhood, low crime rate, Walgreens, markets, ethnic markets, diverse restaurants, etc almost on every main street corner. Many successful pharma/bio tech companies for jobs. Weather is never too hot or too cold so you will always save on electricity bill. What more can you ask for? Huge potential that home prices in this district will climb up since earthquake doesn't affect us and school district is doing better and better each year. "
