"I’ve lived here for almost two years - I think what makes it unique is that it’s upper middle class but it feels very grounded. There are some fancy areas but at the same time, no one gets upset when there’s a very loud party every now and then. I also love that it feels safe, there’s lots of great places to walk, we have so many stores close by to shop, there’s lots of natural hills and areas, and it actually feels like there’s a sense of community even if we’re not talking to each other constantly. "Traffic is Horrible around here these days. Harbor Blvd. is a stand still almost from Imperial Hwy. over Fullerton Rd. all the way to the 60fwy. As well as La Habra Blvd. and Lambert Rd. So stay off the streets from around 4:30pm until at least 6:00pm! Or you'll be sorry...."

"Friendly for kids. dogs, and Halloween is a major holiday for this area. We've lived here for 16 years with no issues. While overnight street parking is by permit only, they seem to issue permits to anyone, even if they have room to park off street. "
