This is no ordinary unit! The beach front unit not only has amazing beach views, it has been completely transformed. It's been stripped down to the studs; ceilings were raised and the bedroom can be opened up to the rest of the unit to expand the living area if you prefer. It's the perfect unit if you are looking for a place to stay while looking for a place to purchase, building your dream house, working away from home or just want to enjoy the peace and tranquility of looking out at the beach everyday.

Please note, the unit typically rents on a seasonal basis with monthly rates starting at $2499++ to $8499++. Longer rentals possible - please inquire.

The expanded kitchen has a full suite of full-sized appliances, a tile back-splash, large pantry and extra tall cabinets with soft close hardware. The bathroom has been fully renovated with a walk-in shower and a shower panel with body jets and shower wand. The 534 sq foot unit also benefits from impact windows, modern 12 x 24 inch tile floors, free dedicated fiber optic WiFi and cable TV with on demand service.

The unit is located in Sunset House, one of the lowest density buildings on the beach. It is situated on the second floor and faces West offering stunning views of the Gulf. It is an end unit and benefits from having an extra window on the side in addition to the two other windows and door to the balcony flooding the unit with natural light.

The unit has a dedicated covered parking space. The complex is well managed and maintained with an over-sized pool and tropical landscaping. There is an inviting social room, BBQ area and of course there is direct private beach access.

What Locals Say about Marco Island

  • Andrew Bellas
"Boujee neighborhood is how I’d explain. Very touristy and lots of sun year round. Definitely be prepared to shell out cash though for every small thing that you have to buy. That’s how it goes though for rich areas I suppose. "

"There are many family oriented events within the community . Holiday parades, sports events , swimming, biking, and boating. Fun times for the kids on the beach, The island is the home of an elementary school, a charter middle school and the MIA High School which is on the brink of building a new school replacing their temporary structures. Weather it is arts and crafts at the Art League, the Holiday Pageant, the Seafood Festival, or fireworks on the 4th of July on the residents beach there are many things for your children to enjoy. "

"Not lots if dogs here however the ones I do see are happy. Although not allowed on Residents beach people can bring them if they are helper dogs & don’t bother the wildlife. The reason I see so many children is because I live on the beach"

"I live close to Indian Hill, so we are quite literally the highest point for hundreds of miles! We are surrounded by gopher tortoises and burrowing owls, both protected species, and until Irma took down all the dead trees, we had many osprey. We also see bobcats and iguanas from time to time, not to mention dolphins and manatees. It is an incredible place to live!"
