This is one you can REALLY just move into! This 4 Bedroom BiLevel is the house that America grew up in and has been maintained very well by its owner. Start at the front door foyer. Immediately your view opens to the Kitchen, Living room, and Formal Dining room with an awesome and typical Bi-Level expansion through French Doors into the 3 season room. See the showering effect of the light from the floor to ceiling windows. A working kitchen with lots of cabinets space, top appliances and the current standard for morning breakfast at the bar. Down the hall are 3 bedrooms and the main bath with updated Ceramic tile. The entire upstairs is delightfully finished with solid Oak flooring. On the first level is a 4th bedroom/office but more importantly a large family room and half bath with large utility/laundry room and entrance to the garage. Renovations include a roof, all windows and doors, bathroom flooring, hardwood flooring, garage doors with one electric opener, a large outdoor shed, and a sidewalk to the street for that extra curb appeal. The location is perfectly situated in between major highways like Routes 18 and 287 so you're not far from bus and train routes to major cities. Piscataway schools are well rated and there is no sacrificing food or mall shopping here. Mitchell Ave is one of the most desirable streets originally known to be in Riverside Park Estates and has always been in the middle of all the best things Piscataway. 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child (boy) had a great experience at Knollwood elementary. Mrs. Parker & Mr. Abraham are great additions to this school. And they are hands on. All the teachers that I have interaction with have been wonderful. And they do not tolerate bullying. I have nothing bad to say about this school. Great experience K-3...Parent Review5y ago - Piscataway Twp High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGreat place to send my kids. Many curricular and extra-curricular programs. Teachers/counslor/coaches provide enough challenges for students to improve/grow and are very supportive at every stage. School environment is very safe. Mix culture of ethnicities so students learn to coexist.Parent Review1y ago - Conackamack Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Average4th grade teacher was terrible. Parents had to talk to each other to figure out anything about what was going on in school. Counselor forced my child into a confession of guilt when nothing was done and wouldn't admit she was wrong even when Principal over ruled her. VP and Principal have no control over students and hand out suspensions left and right without going over details of incident. Had to go to superintendent for her to investigate, and she came back to say the VP and P didn't handle things correctly and didn't divulge facts to her. Terrible school.Parent Review7y ago - Check out schools near 22 Mitchell Ave.
