House has been remodeled a couple years ago with all new plumbing, window units in every room, blinds on windows, outdoor storage, covered carport, house raised and leveled, shaded front yard. This is a clean home and will be ready to move in May 1st, 2024
No smoking in home, no pets in home, outside pets upon approval, no additional window treatments, use no hole wall attachments, forfeit deposit if lease(12 months) is broken or pay remaining lease, 1 month notice to move out. Yard maintenance is renters responsibility such as cutting grass and keeping trash and leaves removed. Any improvements must be approved by owner/manager of property. Air conditioners must be maintained (change/clean filters once a month). No additional tenants without approval. Rental Late fees assessed after 2 days of due date ($25/day). House must be kept clean and orderly and left as found when moving out. Renter is responsible for informing owner of water leaks and electrical issues. All of this is just common sense. I really shouldn't have to say it, but there is it. Thank you for your interest.

"it's a good neighborhood with great neighbors that are very quiet and nice .. not many crimes around d our neighborhood also have neighborhood watch good area to raise your kids with a park 2 blocks away that is kept up at all times"
