"Personally I don't see why a dog owner wouldn't want to live in this neighborhood, unless you're looking for a dog park or if you're dog hates cats (there are a lot of stray cats), I'd say this neighborhood is pretty dog friendly. No one really cares if you have a dog or not."

"I've lived in this neighborhood for 2 years. My neighbors are there for me and other neighbors. We look put for each other. Sometimes we do have a noise issue but that is expected in a non-HOA community. The point of interest (grocery stores, restaurant, malls, etc.) are all within a 10 minute drive."
