"i will love to have a splash pad for our kids. im very afraid of pools and kids together. my son know how to swim but i dont trust pools. he have so much fun at the splash around the town i will love to have it at our neighborhood. it's a great place to live!"

"I love living here, it's very central. My neighbors are super friendly and my street is super quiet, with the exception of the train and the planes, but you get used to it after a while. "

"I lived in Southport for six years and never had an issue with the neighborhood. The location is great, the houses are built strong and are low maintenance, and the nearby park is spectacular. The neighborhood has a lot of families and retirees and is very safe."

"1mile to B-line. Borders on the large Park of Southport. Large open spaces. Not closed in with apartments & other sub-divisions. Not in line of air traffic which is never heard. Large back gardens. 15mins.to WDW, downtown, Fl. Mall,"
