"My neighborhood is a little inconsistent. The longer I’ve lived here the more I’ve gotten to know my neighbors, and the more I like the area. Everyone around who actually lives here is great, very friendly. But unfortunately you’re only a hot minute from some crazy people on East Casino and you can never just feel completely safe."

"I do not own a dog but There is an urban trail to walk your dog on. Can easily walk your dog to the school for kids drop off and pick up. "

"only 14 homes and it is near many restaurants. it is also near Trader Joe's. An excellent LA Fitness is a short walk away. "

"It's a nice place to live and close to shops and medical facilities. You are close to both freeways - I5 and I405 - and can get around to where you want to go. The neighbors seem very nice. The area appears well kept."
