Everything is provided (fresh linens, wifi, home security, balls, basketball ring - you just bring your own clothes!)

Stand alone house with its own back patio and front yard spread out over 4 levels. The entry level has the foyer then a split level down is the formal entertaining area with a beautiful brown couch that seats 4 people as well as other funky seating options. Adjacent to there is our dining room which has a grand 12 seater table perfect for hosting. Further along is our very large kitchen along with the play area for the kids. The kitchen backs onto to a balcony with great views.

Coming down one set of stairs is our large family room with 3 large couches, 65 inch HD TV, enormous windows, 20 feet plus ceilings and wooden floors. The top floor is our bedrooms with one Master Suite and a King Size Bed that has its own office room, balcony and windows of gorgeous views, large bathrooms. Just completed Bathrom renovations too.

The second and third bedroom share a full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a double bed in it and the third bedroom has a king size bed.

Then we have a basement with 2 rooms and its own full bathroom with shower. In the basement we have converted one room into our play area. The other room is a large room with a king size bed in it.

We have a new backyard deck too.

The house is for exclusive use for the tenants, there are not shared spaces or locked off rooms. This is a detached home with no common areas anywhere on the property.
Will work with showing agents providing them 50% of 1 months rent for 1 year lease or more.
