Hardwood floors, fine tile, quartzite and quartz. A sweet outdoor patio with grassy views and privacy and a front courtyard for morning coffee are great ways to begin and end the perfect day in the Napa Valley.
Single story end unit with occasional neighbors makes it quiet and private. New solar panels help with the electricity bills. Both bedrooms feature plush queen beds with quality 1000 TC sheets and down comforters. Fat, soft oversized towels in each bathroom, soaker tub in the guest bath and oversized shower in the master.
Are you a budding chef? The kitchen is set up with every gadget, knife and pans to create your master meal. In the center of the kitchen is a 6'x7' quartzite counter height island to seat 6. A prep sink opposite the gas range makes it easy to slice and cook while enjoying the company of friends and family. The condo is spectacular but the location cannot be beat. Walk to town or stroll among the vineyards with a glass of wine. And, you must do a morning Bouchon Bakery run. You'll meet loads of travelers and locals in line.
A washer/dryer are located in the garage and a double long driveway offers plenty of off street parking. A pool and jacuzzi are across the street.
Long term renters welcome Non-smoking only, not suitable for young children, some pets allowed (please ask), wheel chair inaccessible

"Dog baggies throughout town. Restaurants with outside seating are usually are dog tolerable. Nice on-leash walking trails."

"this area is wonderful as far as safety, lovely little town, but all expensive restaurants and a horrid grocery store that is really just junk food--so disappointing!! The shopping is limited and really for the tourists. Most of the neighbors on my street don't even know each other--I wasn't use to that-- but my 83 year old mom loves it because she has made friends with this 70-85 year age group that is wonderful--I am happy for her, but this is not 'home' for me and once she is settled in the new home we are buying her I will be leaving as the 50 something group is not here for me. I recommend it to rent for a year and see if this is really where you want to buy. If you are elderly--excellent, or perhaps people with really young children "
