4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageNJH has been about as fantastic an experience as one could ask for in a junior high. At a tough age for kids, Becky Melville and her team have fostered a creative, cooperative, and positive environment. There are a plethora of options and elective classes, and the music and art programs are fantastic. There is room for exploration and growth for everyone at North. I am grateful for all the opportunities given my child during her tenure at NJH. It is a school I'd recommend to any parent looking for solid academics and strong foundations. As an IB MYP school, North embraces the IB principles and makes everyone feel welcome.Parent Review6y ago - Alice Smith Elementary School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe are in the process of pulling all three of our children out of Alice Smith (after loving the school under Mrs. D). Our experience with the new principal and leadership has been horrible and incredibly disappointing. We are so sad to have experienced how much things have changed. Special education students in particular will not have their needs met. Raising our concerns a multitude of times with leadership was met with apathy and/or avoidance.Parent Review1y ago - Check out schools near 208 Oakwood Rd.
