Newly renovated and fully furnished with queen bed, full size futon and twin bunk beds . Easily accommodate up to a family or group of six. Internet, outside dining, washer and drier included.

Last month's rent due at signing. Completely furnished, utilities included. Renter is responsible for all snow removal.
Applicant has the right to provide the landlord with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as defined in §38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the landlord with a PTSR, the landlord is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the landlord to access or use the PTSR. The landlord may limit acceptance of PTSRs to those that are not more than 30 days old. Confirm PTSR requirements directly with the landlord.

    "I have lived here for 6 years and love the area. Once you get away from Bennett where the casinos are it is very quiet. There are many festivals throughout the year, and many attractions to visit. The towns folks are friendly, and it is the only city I have lived in where there is a city shuttle service. As for entertainment value unless you gamble it is very limited."
