Description

Lease term will be from June 1 to November 30 followed by month to month until the home is sold. A short-term rent to own arrangement of some kind would be optimal as the home will be for sale but the sale cannot be completed until the end of November for tax reasons. The rent has been lowered to reflect the unusual circumstances of the lease with similar listings in the area currently asking between $2650 and $2900. If a shorter lease term is more optimal, don't hesitate to reach out and we can try to work something out. A partially furnished option may be possible as well depending on the situation.

An identical home down the street with an unfinished yard is for sale for $570,000 currently. This seems slightly high, and if we agree to forgo using realtors and a private sale I can give you a better deal on the home if you are interested in buying. Contact me to discuss further, and I am open to ideas on how to set this up.

This is a 3 bed 2.5 bath single family home in SE Bend with easy access to the rest of town. Smart house features and AC. Upstairs living with the master suite separated by a large landing (perfect play or homeschool area) between bedrooms two and three. Master suite overlooks the front of the house and has massive walk-in closet the size of another small bedroom. Cute side yard with modern looking patio and a white stucco propane fire pit included. Very family friendly area with nice mix of young families and retirees. Two blocks from the neighborhood pool, Silver Rail Elementary and a park with a playground. Two car alley load garage. Washer and Dryer included.

Lease term negotiable and open to the right scenario. Tenant pays all utilities and owner pays HOA. Small and medium sized (under 50 lbs) house-trained pets only and with extra $1,000 deposit. Pet restrictions can be waived if a purchase agreement is established.

"we have lived here 25 years when Bend was a mere 25K town...and our son son would like to purchase a home in the area, !st time home buyer and a firefighter that served our area fighting on the front lines of our wildfires. He know the area and loves Central Oregon. we would like it if he was close to us also, we are retired."

"This is a established neat and clean neighborhood. CCNR’s Do not allow RV parking or park cars parked in the street. There is a community pool and a beautiful park that is kept in pristine condition. There are a lot of Walkers read both morning noon and night and many of them are walking their dogs. Everyone cleans up after their animals and it is a very pleasant place to live"

"I have worked this area and members of my family have lived in the Kings Forest. The lots are large, mostly 1/2 acres so there is privacy, and the area provides a quiet rural estate feel in town which is hard to find today with smaller and smaller lots. The area is all stick built single family homes with lots of trees and quite lanes that meander through the forest."
