Second bedroom is huge and spacious with views of the mountains monumental closet space. Bright, open living room. Washer/dryer in separate area downstairs.

Main bath upstairs is updated and has plenty of storage for toiletries and other necessities. Tub and shower with WaterPik handheld or overhead shower massage head. Half bath on main level is also updated and easy to access.

Backyard has small covered patio, BBQ grill and small partially fenced backyard area. Private and secluded. Reserved parking spot right in front of the house and plenty of visitor parking for additional vehicles. All maintenance is handled by the HOA, including snow removal, mowing and watering.

Within a few blocks, you will find almost anything you need. Essentials, groceries or food on the go, pizza takeout or delivery and more. You can also get a massage, chiropractic adjustment or enjoy other natural health indulgences. Also close to Costco, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Office Max and more.

The rec center is nearby and you can take advantage of its facilities on a drop-in basis. They offer classes, equipment, racquetball and basketball courts, a large pool, hot tubs, saunas and more.There are also tennis courts around the corner and a park with a soccer field and basketball hoops just across the way.

Main Street boasts a number of top-notch restaurants, cafes, live music, a brew pub and a wine house all within a mile from home. The bus to Denver and Boulder stops at the end of the block in case you want to explore further out.

For access to/from DIA airport, a SuperShuttle van service is available or the RTD express airport bus. I believe your bus ticket allows for a free CallNRide shuttle directly from the bus stop to the house.

Trash and recycling, lawn mowing and snow removal are included. Six-month minimum lease to start, longer term available. Reserved parking directly in front. Pet deposit of $500 for first pet, $250 additional pets required, refundable. No smoking of any kind or substance allowed in or around the property.

Unfortunately, the city of Louisville still has a breed ban and does not allow pitbull breeds. My apologies for this.
