"It’s not the greatest area for kids. While there are a handful of parks, those parks are generally populated with homeless people. I don’t take them trick or treating in the area because I don’t feel safe at night. Thankfully, the community that I live in is gated otherwise, I’d be even less secure. I’m have the hopes that the neighbor hood with continue to grow in a positive manner. "

"It’s right by the 101 and 202 freeways so it’s easy to get anywhere in the city. There are several smaller entryways to the neighborhood that only locals use, so even during rush hour, it’s still pretty easy to get home."
