The dining room is equipped with a high-top table and chairs with seating for six people. The upgraded kitchen is equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster and two pantries. One of the pantries has convenient pull-out shelves. The kitchen cabinets is stocked with cookware, utensils, china plates and bowls, water glasses, coffee cups and wine glasses.

Each floor offers plenty of hallway storage cabinets for linens and towels or repurpose with items of your choice.

Off-the-street parking is offered either on the properties driveway or you can store your vehicle in the two-car garage. The garage is an oversized 500+ square foot area for parking and/or plenty of room for storage. The garage has easy access with a pedestrian door from the front courtyard and two roll-up style garage doors from the driveway. Lower crime but still have crime on a smaller scale! I would say equal amount of Conservatives verses liberals! The liberals are closed pretty closed minded! "
