"Beautiful neighborhood. Best Botanic gardens in the country. Cheesman Park itself is amazing - always tons of people walking their dogs, playing volleyball and frisbee and spike ball or just laying out on blankets with their friends. "It's great to know you're close to Cheesman Park AND City Park. Restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and shops are just a few blocks up on 17th, not to mention all up and down Colfax. Once you get home you can park the car and not drive the entire weekend. "
