"Most owners don't keep their dogs on leash. They aren't mindful of others who don't approve of dogs jumping on them. Most pick up after themselves which is not the case everywhere. "

"The neighborhood has high prices for only a bit better than the tenderloin levels of cleanliness. Lots of dog waste covering the sidewalks, every day people are strung out in the middle of the path, but hey at least Safeway is close. "

"Yerba Buena is great area. 199 New Montgomery is perfect location and nice building and staff! Highly recommend this building and area. Great park and close to Transbay Center as well as Target, Trader Joes, Amc and more. "

"I've lived here for 8 years, very walkable to grocery stores, walgreens and restaurants. Its about a 10 minute walk to Market street and I have walked to the mall a number of times. Many bus routes converge here and the Cal- Train make it a transit hub. Looking forward to the central subway being finished soon! It is also sunnier & warmer than many other neighborhoods. Yes, there are homeless people everywhere, however this seems pervasive throughout SF"

"Lots of dogs everywhere. Handful of dog parks walking distance as well. People pick up behind their pets for the most part."
