Description

Welcome to Tower Springs Farm - a Charming Queen Anne Home with Barn, Pastures, Pond, Riding Ring and multiple outbuildings. Nestled in the picturesque township of East Fallowfield, Pennsylvania, this timeless Queen Anne residence offers a unique opportunity to own a piece of history. This elegant home is a shining example of the Queen Anne architectural style. Un-encumbered by updates, it boasts original design elements that reflect the craftsmanship of that era. If you dream of owning a property with ample space for horses or other livestock, this offering includes a barn and lush pastures for your agricultural or equestrian pursuits. The property also features a riding ring, perfect for horse enthusiasts or anyone who appreciates open outdoor spaces for recreational activities. Featuring modern amenities, the lower barn has been thoughtfully renovated with sturdy steel I beams, ensuring structural integrity and longevity. Boasting 9 gorgeous stalls, this space is perfect for housing horses or other livestock in comfort and style. The upper barn exudes classic charm, with its high ceiling and abundant natural light. This versatile space offers a variety of possibilities for use, from equipment or vehicle storage to recreational or party space. The property is thoughtfully designed with 5 fenced and gated pasture areas. This allows for easy separation of your herd or rotational grazing, promoting optimal grass management and ensuring the well-being of your animals. East Fallowfield Township has a rich history, and the addition of Queen Anne elements to residential structures gained popularity with the development of Towerville. The DeHaven Brothers created a towered village, and this charming Queen Anne residence, known as the Asa Walton House, is a testament to this architectural trend. Originally constructed around 1810, it was thoughtfully transformed into a "country-type" Queen Anne home, complete with a multifaceted tower and extensive verandas. 20 Wilmington Rd offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city while still providing easy access to nearby amenities, schools, and recreational opportunities. Enjoy the serenity of East Fallowfield Township while being within a reasonable commute to major cities. Amtrak train service to Philadelphia, NYC and beyond is available 10 minutes away. Philadelphia International Airport is 36 miles and Chester County Airport (smaller and personalized air service) is 5 miles away. Large Workshop building needs TLC but would be ideal for an auto, motorcycle or carriage enthusiast. Detached Garage with stairs to upper level offers options for conversion or storage for vehicles, equipment, and additional workspace. Springhouse: A charming and historic feature that adds character to the property. Block House: Offers additional space for storage or potential alternative use. The combination of renovated barn, fenced pastures, and additional outbuildings provides a a fantastic starting point for a variety of pursuits, whether you're passionate about horses, livestock, or simply seeking a property with ample space for your hobbies. Situated in East Fallowfield, this property not only offers a tranquil rural setting but also provides easy access to nearby amenities. "I live in this neighborhood of coatesville. A lot of nosey people but for the most part I minds my business and stay to myself. It’s not that bad for me. My neighbors are not bad we get along for the most part. We can borrow food from each other when needed. Parking may be a little scarce. Get togethers could be a little difficult due to parking. Not enough parks for the visitors. You get some bad neighbors after a while but nothing to bad if so you just live with it or move to another location but I feel Coatesville is becoming better day by day. Family and friends are coming together to make it a better community. They have big plans for Coatesville and I’m excited to see what’s in store for our future children. The kids today have a absolutely nothing to do other then school. Schools have after school programs for parents who work a little later to help the kids with homework and school work. I feel safe in my neighborhood because I know almost everybody or know a family member. Mostly everybody in Coatesville know each other or a family member. Unless the person may not be from around the area."

"My neighborhood has limited access to public transportation. You need a car to get around especially if you work in the city. It takes me 10 to 15 minutes to drive to Thorndale so that I can take the train to Center City which takes 1 hr 20 minutes to get there. "
