"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years. The neighbors are friendly, that’s one of the reasons for it’s name. You feel safe that your kids are playing outside. There’s a school and Stanford Hospital outpatient medical facilities. Take a nice walk with your dog to Marsh Manor, your one stop shop, where you will find a grocery store, bank, Restaurants including Starbucks and more! It’s a great place to live. I love it!"
