Each bedroom has a queen bed. Thee is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Kitchen fully stocked with cookware, dishes and glasses. Linens provided.

IMPORTANT

LUCKY COTTAGE is only available for MINIMUM 30 NIGHT RENTAL.

This is a month-to-month rental. Minimum 30 night rental. Max 90 night rental.

No animals allowed. No smokers.

Owner requires a $1500 refundable security deposit, $49 property damage insurance (covers up to $3000 in accidental damage to property or content), $265 mid-month cleaning/laundry service and a $345 move-out clean. Utilities included.
